대학생이 인식한 문재인 대통령의 인생태도와 문제해결 능력 관계에서 자아상태의 조절효과

The Moderating Effect of Ego state in the Relationship between Life Position and Problem-Solving Ability of President “Moon Jae-in” as Perceived by University Students : Focusing on the Theory of Transactional Analysis

이 연구의 목적은 문재인 대통령의 인생태도와 문제해결 능력 관계에서 자아상태의 조절효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 충청지역 A 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 하여 168명의 유효 표본을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문재인 대통령의 제1인생태도를 제외한 2, 3, 4인생태도에서는 문제해결 능력에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 주지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문재인 대통령은 어떤 인생태도와 상관없이 자애로운 부모 자아(NP)와 성인 자아(A)는 문제해결 능력에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 제1인생태도와 성인 자아(A)의 상호작용항이 문제해결 능력에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이론적 시사점과 국가 지도자로서 문재인 대통령의 성공적인 리더십을 위한 실천적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the moderating effect of personality style in the relationship between the life position and problem-solving of President Moon Jae-in. As an analytic framework for the study, the theory of transactional analysis developed by Berne was used. To this end, a survey was conducted on college students attending A university in Chung- Cheong province and a sample of 168 numbers was used. The results of the study are as follows. First, excluding the first life position, the second, third, and fourth life position showed no direct significant effect on problem-solving. Second, President Moon Jae-in found that the nurturing parent ego (NP) and adult ego (A) influence problem-solving regardless of the life position. Third, it was found that the interaction of the first life position and the adult ego (A) affects problem-solving ability. Through the results of this study, theoretical implications and practical implications for the successful leadership of President Moon Jae-in as a national leader were presented.
