본 연구는 D대학에서 역량설정의 구체적인 타당성 강화 및 교육목적-인재상-발전계획-핵심역량-교육과정 간 연계성을 높일 수 있는 핵심역량 개선(안) 도출을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 인재상과 핵심역량 간 연계성, 교육과정과 핵심역랑 간 체계성, 교육 관련자 의견수렴, 4차 디지털혁명 및 사회적 변화에 따른 요구역량 분석, 타 대학핵심역량 재정립 사례를 바탕으로 한다. 연구결과 첫째, ‘참사람’ 인재상을 존중하되 기존의 인재상의 개념을 구체화하여 달성해야 할 인재상을 명확히 하였다. 둘째, 인재상과 교육목표가 혼재된 체계에서 인재상과 교육목표가 연계된 체계로 개선하여 인재상과 중장기 발전목표 간 연계성 제고를 위한 기초를 마련하였다. 셋째, 교양 전공 교육과정과 핵심역량 간 연계성에서 기존 핵심역량의 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 역량설정으로 역량설정의 타당성을 강화하였다. 넷째, 핵심역량 개선(안)을 도출하였다.
This study aims to strengthen the specific validity of competencies setting and elicit core competencies improvements (draft) that can increase the links among educational purpose, talent image, development plan, and core competencies-curriculum at D university. To this end, it is based on the connection between the talent image and core competencies, the systemic relation between the curriculum and the core competencies, the collection of opinions from educationrelated personnel, the analysis of the required competencies according to the 4th digital revolution and social change, and the reestablishment of core competencies at other universities. As a result of the study, first, while respecting the “true person” talent image, the concept of the existing talent image was specified to clarify the talent image to be achieved. Second, from a system in which talent image and educational goals were mixed, the system was improved to one in which talent image and educational goals were linked, thereby laying the foundation for enhancing the connection between talent image and mid- to long-term development goals. Third, the validity of the competencies setting was strengthened by setting the competencies to reduce the problems of the existing core competencies in connection with the liberal arts and major curriculum and the core competencies. Fourth, improving (draft) core competencies was elicited.
