Fifth, it was found that the beautician s course-evaluated awareness has a significant positive (+) effect on satisfaction through utilization. Based on the results of this research, the higher the recognition of the process evaluation type qualification of the beautician, the higher the utilization rate. was able to learn the fact that the tribe will grow. Therefore, it is possible to raise awareness of the course evaluation type qualification of the beautician. Develop and implement effective strategies and teach process evaluation qualifications for cosmetologists currently working in the cosmetology industry to allow more cosmetologists to take advantage of cosmetologist course evaluation qualifications Must be done.
