The Influence of Aestheticians’ Professionalism on Customer Trust

This study attempted to investigate the influence of professionalism on the customer trust of aesthetic service providers, estimate customer needs, and provide basic data to help form customer relationships. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed from June 1 to 20, 2020. A total of 453 copies were used for the final analysis, and the results revealed the following: First, in terms of the effects of aestheticians’ professionalism on consideration, conscious and ostensive aspects were important. Second, concerning the effects of aestheticians’ professionalism on competency, conscious and ostensive aspects were critical. Third, regarding the influence of aestheticians’ professionalism on integrity, conscious and ostensive aspects were important. In aesthetic services, it is critical to provide services that meet customers’ expectations through quick analysis and prediction of their needs, which change according to trends, thereby earning customer trust. It is anticipated that the study results would be available as basic data in developing manuals and systems that help enhance the quality of services and achieve customer satisfaction.
