The purpose of this study was to provide maximal opportunities to access computer so that the children with physical disabilities can utilize computer better. For seven children with cerebral palsy who lack upper limb control, a model for computer education room was established. In addition, through providing various types of alternative access methods for each individual, subjects increased accessibility and effective usage of computer. A multiple baseline design across individuals was used in order to assess the computer accessibility and various types of adaptive input devices and software were applied and used as the intervention. As a result, the speed and the accuracy of subjects who used adaptive input device and software performed better than the standard input method. Subjects who used adaptive mouse or software performed better than the standard mouse in terms of ability to click, double click and drag-and-drop.
