뇌성마비학생의 이완 훈련이 주의집중 시간에 미치는 효과

뇌성마비 학생은 뇌신경장애로 감각에서부터 일반아동과 다른 장애가 있어 정보처리 과정 전반에 결함을 나타낸다고 볼 수 있다. 이 연구는 정보 처리 과정에 장애가 있는 뇌성마비 학생의 경직을 완화시키는 이완 훈련이 주의집중 시간에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다.주의 집중 시간 검사는 Sostek(1980)의 신호탐지 분석 이론에 기초하여 주의집중 연속 수행 과제(Continous Performance Test: CPT)를 제작하여 사용하였다. 주의집중 과제는 9분간 수행하되 1구획을 3분간으로 3구획으로 구분하여 어느 구획에서 주의 집중 점수가 높은 가를 알아보았다. 이완 훈련의 결과는 목표 자극 정확성에 유의한 차이를 나타내고 주의 집중은 3구획에서 1-2구획으로 변화되었다.

The greatest challenge of brain research for educator does not lie in understanding the anatomical intricacies of brain functioning but in comprehending the vastness, complexity, and potential of the human brain. What we are beginning to find about the role of emotions, stress, and threat in learning and about memory systems and motivations about traditional education. To understand fully human information processing requires a major shift in teaching and strategy for the students with cerebral palsy(CP). Attention as a hypothetical process of an organism that facilitates the selection of relevant stimuli from the environment to the exclusion of other stimuli and results in a response to the relevant stimuli. The one purpose of this study was to estimate the attention effect of relax training about the true response1 and response2 of the stimuli, the other is to estimate the intensive concentrate term of dividing into three. Twenty students with CP volunteered to participate in this study(10 spastic, 10 non spastic). They were trained 15 times that was three times per a week by relax program. And attention is estimated by CPT(Concentrate Performance Test) is manufactured by Sostek(1980) s signal detection theory. CPT, Attention time is divided into three term each duration take three minutes. It was concluded that the one was the relax training took effectiveness for attention by gained scores the other is timing to concentration changed first and second term to third.
