동작훈련이 중복장애아의 자세와 보행능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중복장애아동의 자세와 보행능력 증진을 목표로 하여 9주간의 연구기간 중치료전 평가와 치료후 평가를 제외한 8주 동안 동작훈련을 실시하였다. 동작훈련이 중복장애 아동의 자세와 보행능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여, 청주 H 특수학교 초등부에 재학중인 정신지체와 지체부자유 및 언어장애를 수반한 중복장애 아동 2명(8세 여아)을 대상으로 연구하였다. 8주 동안 앉기, 무릎서기, 서기, 보행 동작훈련을 이완동작훈련과 병행하여 나선식으로 실시하였다. 주당 4회 각 회기당 40분씩 32회기를 실시하였고, 그 효과를 분석하기 위하여 동작훈련 평가표에 의한 7단계 평정척도와 보행분석기인 Stride Analyer를 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 동작훈련은 대상아동간의 향상정도에는 개인차가 있었으나 안정적인 보행을 위해 기본적으로 요구되는 앉기, 무릎서기, 서기, 보행자세의 개선을 통해 전체적인 보행능력이 향상되는 결과를 얻었다. 따라서 동작훈련이 중복장애아동의 자세와 보행능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결론을 내릴 수 있다.

This paper performed motion training for 8 weeks excluding pre-cure evaluation and post-cure evaluation among study period of 9 weeks for the purpose to improve posture and walking capacity of multiple handicapped child. To know the effect of motion training to posture and walking capacity of multiple handicapped child, the study was performed through selecting two multiple handicapped children(8 years old girls) having mental disorder, cripple and speech defect that are engaged in elementary department of Cheongju H Special School. For 8 weeks, sitting, kneeling, standing and walking motion training were performed as spiral type while running parallel with relaxing motion training. They were performed 4 times per week and 40 minutes per 1 time so they were performed 32 times of 40 minutes. To analyze its effect, 7 step rating scale according to evaluation table of motion training and Stride Analyzer were used. From the result of improving posture through motion training, there was individual difference in the degree of improvement of target children. It was possible to get the result of improving sitting, kneeling, standing and walking posture basically required for stable walking. From the result of improving walking capacity through motion training, in case of example A child, her walking speed was increased and walking pace was enlarged. Although her walking capacity was not so good when comparing to normal child, her number of walking was decreased to close to 100 percentage. Her general walking capacity was improved while approaching to normal value of walking frequency and walking balance ratio. In case of example B child, her walking speed was also increased, walking pace was enlarged and number of walking was increased too. Her walking frequency and walking balance ratio approached to the normal walking value so her general walking capacity was improved. Therefore, it was possible to conclude that motion training gives positive effect to posture and walking capacity of multiple handicapped child. However, this paper has the limit in small number of specimen, short training period and low training frequency so it is difficult to generalize result. Further, because it used anecdotal record method in the evaluation of motion training about posture, the point that subjective factor of trainer could be added could be barrier to generalize the result too Therefore, it is necessary to perform motion training through enlarging scope of age, sex, degree of handicap and type of handicap of target child and designing training period and post-training period from the long-term view, specify its effect and generalize result. Therefore, in field, it is necessary to build plan to perform motion training that can be properly applied to handicapped child that her posture and walking are unstable.
