중증 신체장애인의 지원고용에 관한 이론적 고찰

본 연구는 중증 신체장애인의 지원고용에 관해 문헌 분석을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 연구목적에 따라, 지원고용의 개념과 특성을 중심으로 지원고용에 대한 전반적인 이해를 알아보았고, 지원고용의 과정 및 효과성을 고찰하였으며, 중증 신체장애인의 특성, 지원고용의 과정 및 방법을 구명하였다.중증 신체장애인의 지원고용 과정으로서 대상자 평가, 지역사회의 직업시장 조사, 직무현장 적응력 배양, 추수지도, 지원고용을 위한 준비교육을 거치게 된다.지원고용은 장애 정도와 관계없이 중증 신체장애인과 비장애인과의 통합고용을 목표로 삼고 있으며, 직무지도원을 통해 체계적으로 지원고용 서비스를 전달하여 중증장애인의 생산력 및 경제력 향상을 원조하는 역할을 하게 된다. 또한 중증장애인을 고용함으로써 발생하는 비용 및 사회적 인식에 따른 불만족 등을 해결 할 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 것이 성공적인 지원고용의 과정이자 결과라 할 수 있다. 지원고용을 통해 중증 신체장애인의 고용을 획득하고 향상시키기 위해서는 장애근로자의 생산성을 긍정적으로 바라보고 수용할 수 있는 고용주의 결정이 큰 영향을 미치게 된다.
