본 연구는 동작 과제 수행 훈련이 뇌성마비아의 기초 운동 기능인 반사 운동 기능, 자세 조절 운동 기능 향상에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 특수학교 초등부에 재학하고 있는 경직형 뇌성마비아 2명과 불수의 운동형 뇌성마비아 1명을 대상으로 특수학교 교육과정 영역인 치료교육 활동 시간에 동작 과제 수행 훈련을 약 5개월에 걸쳐 임상적 연구를 중심으로 실시하였다. 동작 과제 수행 훈련을 통해 뇌성마비아의 발달 지원적 차원에서 동작 과제 수행 훈련을 실시하고 아동 자신이 자신의 신체 기능에 대한 동작 학습을 의도→ 노력 →신체운동이라는 일련의 심리적 과정이 통해 과도한 근육의 긴장과 부적절한 긴장을 해소함으로써 적절한 동작 과제 수행을 실시하게 되었다. 동작 과제 수행 훈련은 동작 학습 오류에 대한 적절한 대처 방법을 통해 동작을 뇌성마비아의 운동 기능 향상에 필요한 반사운동 기능은 뇌성마비아의 수의적인 운동 향상에 밀접한 관계가 있음을 나타내고 있다. 자세조절 운동 기능은 신체 부위의 이완 상태의 유지 발전은 신체 조작 능력이 향상되고 운동 기능이 향상되었음을 알 수 있다.
The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of the motor task performance training for improving motor-skills of children with cerebral palsy on the reflection, posture control, movement and object handling functions. For this purpose, The subject of this study selected 3 children with cerebral palsy who are attending elementary school for the disabled, who were trained motor task performance in the therapy education activity class for 5 months. The instrument of this study used MPMR(Model Pattern Motor Rating) which developed by Ando(1996). That are consisted of 4 items divided into 16 sub-categories. The effect of the training program for improving in motor skills has been investigated both before and after the program per each item and target child, thus the degree of motor-skills task performance has been studied per each child. Function of motor skills is developed through imitation of certain movements, thus through the movements in accordance with the motor task performance training such function of motor skills is developed regardless of the individual motor-skills capacities. this study to investigate the effects of motor skills functions of children with cerebral palsy through the series of motor-skills task training. The results of this study are as fellows.
