지체부자유아의 자세조절 및 운동장애 관리에 대한 고찰

지체부자유아에 대한 특수교육 대상자가 사회복지와 어울려 기존의 뇌성마비아동이나 근육질환아의 대상에서 병·허약아까지 점진적으로 ?牡㎏? 넓혀가는 추세에 있다. 지체부자유아의 증상은 중추 신경계통과 감염, 유전, 독성물질, 자가 면역 결핍 등으로 인해 발생되는 골격, 근육질환 등에 의한 운동장애와 수반되는 감각장애, 언어장애, 정신지체 등을 볼 수 있다. 지체부자유아의 재활에 대한 방법들은 주 장애와 수반되는 장애에 따라 다양할 수 있지만 본 논고에서는 지체부자유아의 보행에 초점을 두고 문헌을 고찰하여 실제적인 재활교육 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 바른 보행방법을 제시하고자 한다.

The analysis of gait to normal gait have an effect to learn for the locomotion disorder. The immature of CNS for the child with locomotion disorder can take a abnormal gait problem, consequence of that the problem have an effects the abnormal gait. The bad cycle of those for locomotion disorder fall into a unright habit. The human s biofeedback possible change the abnormal habit into normal by the repeating the motion. the principle of rehabilitation is biofeedback and PNS s basic problem is gifted. The first stage of gait to locomote is very importance for the locomotion disorder, because the habit of right gait beginning. The child with locomotion disorder demands the repeating and a lot of time in practice, specially right gait problem.
