지체부자유 학생의 개별 전환 지원 계획에 대한 교사 의식 연구

본 연구는 지체부자유학생을 위한 개별 전환 지원 계획을 위해 지체부자유학교 교사의 의식 수준을 밝혀 개별 전환 지원을 위한 현장에서의 문제점과 대안을 찾고자 실시되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개별 전환 지원 계획 작성 시 현장실습, 현장의 적응성, 평소 학생의 희망 등이 반영되어 학교와 학생 및 보호자와의 사이에 연락 유지되어 상호 신뢰관계가 형성되어야 한다. 둘째, 진로 상담에 대한 교사의 의식은 진로상담 시 학생 및 보호자의 참가 속에서 약1시간 정도 상담이 적당하다. 진로 담당교사는 학생과 담임교사의 의견과 희망을 반영해야 하고 보호자, 학생, 직업재활, 현장실습처, 진로 희망처의 감독 책임자들과 충분한 면담이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 개별 전환 지원 계획 작성 시 보호자의 참여에 대한 교사의식은 학생에 관한 개별화 교육계획과 진로정보제공을 통해 보호자들의 적극적인 참여와 파트너로서 대등한 관계형성을 원한다. 넷째, 개별 전환 지원 계획 작성 시 학생의 참가에 대한 교사의식은 학생의 의견을 반영하도록 노력해야하고 자기결정을 할 수 있도록 학생의 적극적인 참여를 유도해야한다.

The study is to investigate the perception of teachers in order to check the Problems in fields and a direction to solve it, for elevating individualized transition plan of the physically handicapped. The specific purpose of this study are as follows; First, to find out the perception of teacher for the physically handicapped according to making out ITP(Individualized Transition Plan). Second, to clarify the perception of teacher for the physically handicapped according to career counsel. Third, to investigate the perception of teacher for the physically handicapped according to parents involvement when teachers write out ITP(Individualized Transition Plan). Fourth, to investigate the perception of teacher for the physically handicapped according to students involvement when teachers write out ITP(Individualized Transition Plan). The conclusions of this study are as follows; First, the findings showed that teachers realized that school personnels should be in contact with students and parents when write out ITP including in-service training and adaptability, students need and desirer. Second, the teachers for the physically handicapped realized that career counsel fit for 1 hour in middle of participation students and parents. and career counsel teachers should be reflected opinions of teacher in charge and students desirer, and talked over placement with students and parents, vocational habilitation counselor and supervisor in fields. Third, the perception of teachers for the physically handicapped according to parents involvement appeared that most of teachers aspired to actively participate parents as a equal partnership through giving information on and individualized transition plan and career. Fourth, the perception of teacher for the physically handicapped according to students involvement when teachers write out ITP(Individualized Transition Plan) appeared that most of teachers thought that teachers should be make endeavor in order to reflect students opinions and help them participate actively to make their self-determination. There are some suggestions in this study. In this study, because there is a limitation to only special schools for the physically handicapped, it need to be following studies extended to other domains of disabilities. additional, there remains following studies on substantial teaching according to concrete individualized transition plan fully reflected preception of teachers who work at special schools for the physically handicapped.
