현직 초등학교 교사의 스트레스 대처전략 연구

본 연구는 경상남도내 초등학교에 재직 중인 교사의 스트레스 대처전략을 밝히고자 수행되었으며 그 구체적인 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현직 초등학교 교사의 가정, 직장에서의 스트레스 정도를 성별, 경력별로 밝힌다. 둘째, 현직 초등학교 교사의 스트레스 대처전략을 성별, 경력별로 밝힌다. 셋째, 현직 초등학교 교사의 자기개념에 따른 스트레스 대처전략의 차이를 밝힌다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사가 가정이나 직장에서 받는 스트레스 수준은 교사의 성별과 집단별로 차이를 보인다. 둘째, 교사의 스트레스 대처전략은 교사의 성별과 집단별로 차이를 보인다. 셋째, 교사의 자기개념에 따라 집단별로 서로 다른 스트레스 전략을 사용하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the strategy for recovering stress of elementary school teacher in Kyungsangnamdo Province. The participants for this study were 738 elementary school teacher in Kyungsangnamdo Province. 371 of them were female, and others were male. The group made by gender and their career of the participants. The results of this study were as follows: First, the stress levels of elementary school teachers were different from gender and their career. Second, the strategy for recovering stress of elementary school teacher were different from gender and their career. Third, the self-concept of elementary school teacher had correlationship between the strategy for recovering stress.
