본 연구는 재활인력 중 중증장애인들의 취업에 핵심인 지원고용담당자들의 직무만족도와 요인별 만족도를 알아보고, 요인별 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 밝혔다. 그리고 인구통계학적 특성과 근무실태에 따른 직무만족도에 차이가 있는지를 알아본 결과 얻어진 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다: 첫째, 2004년 현재 전국에 장애인복지관에 종사하고 있는 지원고용담당자들의 직무만족에 관한 일곱 가지 요인에 따른 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 전체 직무만족도는 대체적으로 만족한다는 수준으로 나타났으며, 직무만족하위요인별 직무요인, 감독요인, 보수요인, 승진요인, 동료요인, 기관요인, 전직이직요인은 직무자체에 대한 만족도가 매우 높은 것을 알 수 있고, 보수요인에서 매우 불만족하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 지원고용담당자들의 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 직무만족도에 차이가 있는지를 알아본 결과 유의미한 차이를 나타낸 변수들은 연령, 성별, 소지자격증, 근무기관유형, 실무경력, 타 부서팀과의 협조여부, 직장의 안정도에 따라 직무만족하위요인별로 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 전체직무만족도에 영향을 준 변수로는 타 부서팀과의 협조여부와 직장의 안정도였다.
The purpose of this study is to examine job satisfaction of all the job coaches who are working in the rehabilitation service centers in Korea. Satisfaction degrees are analyzed based on the related variables that can affect jobsatisfaction, demographic characteristics of participants, and job condition. The subjects of study are 82 job coaches who works in 110 rehabilitation service centers. The questionnaire consists of the general feature, service realities and satisfaction degree in their job. The questionnaire also consists of 7 spheres in total with 35 questions in the job satisfaction field. The period of this study was from march to April of 2004. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, mean values of satisfaction degrees of job coaches is very high. Second, the result of analysis on the difference of job satisfaction degrees in relation to demographic characteristics of participants were as follows; job satisfaction degrees represented a little of meaningful difference according to age, gender, one s qualification, system of working center, job career, cooperation with other part and job stability. the variable that affected the total job satisfaction degree was cooperation with other part.
