행동형성법이 뇌성마비유아의 착·탈의 행동에 미치는 효과

일상적인 생활에서 요구되는 기본적인 행동들이 있다. 착탈의 기술도 이와 같은 행동 중의 하나이다. 뇌성마비아는 중추신경계의 이상으로 손과 발 등의 협응에 행동의 제한을 보이는 경우도 있다. 본 연구에서는 행동형성법을 통하여 뇌성마비유아의 착탈의 행동을 지도하기 위하여 접근하였다. 착탈의에 대한 과제분석을 통하여 각 단계별로 행동형성을 지도한 결과, 행동형성법은 뇌성마비유아의 착탈의 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 제시하였다. 또한 일반화에 있어서도 뇌성마비유아의 착탈의 행동은 효과적이었음을 본 연구에서는 제시하였다.

Children with cerebral palsy reveal many deviant characteristics such as language, cognition, and moving. Especially moving is related with life itself. The behavior to get dress and undress after and before sleeping is a normal life. However it is difficult to get dress and undress for the children with cerebral palsy because of behavior problem. To get dress and undress is a sequency behavior without stop, however the behavior requires different tasks. The shaping on behavior intervention is a supporting strategy to gather the separate behavior for a perfect and smooth behavior. The purpose of this study was to illustrate the effects on shaping to get dress and undress with jackets and pants for child with cerebral palsy. A child with cerebral palsy who are 5 years and eight months was participated for this study. The task analysis is divided into eight different levels to get dress and undress. The AB design was utilized to illustrate the effects on shaping. The results of this study were that: (a) the shaping was effective to get dress and undress with jackets, however, to get dress was more effective than those of undress; (b) shaping was effective to get dress and undress with pants, and to get dress and undress were similar; and (c) the shaped behavior to get dress and undress with jackets and pants is effective to generalization. Therefore this study concluded that the shaping to get dress and undress with jackets and pants for children with cerebral palsy was effective.
