ICT활용교육 실행에 대한 교사효능감과 ICT활용능력의 관계 및 영향 비교

The Effect Comparison on Teacher-Efficacy and Ability of ICT Use for ICT Utilization Education in Special Education Teacher

본 연구는 특수교육 현장에서의 ICT활용교육과 관련하여 특수교육교사의 교사효능감과 ICT활용능력이 ICT활용교육 실행에 미치는 영향력을 상호 비교하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 결과 교사효능감과 ICT활용교육 실행간에는 상관관계가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 다소의 영향력도 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 ICT활용능력은 ICT활용교육 실행과는 상관이 없으며 설명력도 없었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 ICT활용교육 실행은 교사의 ICT활용능력보다는 교사효능감에 더 많은 영향을 받는다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 후속연구를 위해 몇 가지 제언하면 다음과 같다.첫째, 특수교육교사에 적합한 검사도구를 통해 다시 한 번 본 연구 문제를 검증할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 연구 결과를 토대로 내적 요인 수준이 비슷한 경우도 ICT활용교육 실행에 차이가 발생하는지, 그리고 발생한다면 그 원인은 어디에 있는지를 심층적으로 파악해야 한다. 마지막으로 관찰 및 평정 등의 보다 객관적인 자료 수집을 통해 해당 변인들 간의 관련성을 살펴보는 것이 필요하다

This study focused on comparison the effects of teacher-efficacy and ability of ICT use for utilization education in the elementary special class teachers. To do this 344 teachers were selected and sent paper. the 336 papers were returned and analysed in terms of method, subjects of research, and topics of research. The results of this study were follows; Interrelation and some influence were appeared between teacher-efficacy and ICT utilization education. But there was not interrelation and also explanation power between ability of ICT use and ICT utilization education. In conclusion, promotion of teacher-efficacy is an more effective method than promotion of ability of ICT use for revitalization of ICT utilization education.
