직업재활과정에서 직업평가사의 역할과 기능에 관한 연구

본 연구는 직업평가사의 직무에 관한 인식을 조사하여 직업평가사의 교육과 재교육, 양성방안 등에 대한 적절한 방안을 모색하고자 직업평가사를 대상으로 6개의 요인으로 구성된 설문을 통하여 그들의 인식수준을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 5점 척도의 설문에 대한 직업평가사의 역할과 기능 전체 인식은 평균 4.06으로 조사되었고, 평가자료를 분석하고 종합하는 임상적 기술 요인이 4.23, 행동관찰과 평가기법 요인은 4.04, 사례관리 요인 3.96, 직무분석 및 정보 요인에 대한 인식은 4.06, 직업상담 요인 4.14, 전문성 요인에 대한 전체 인식은 3.95로 나타났다. 5점 척도로 구성된 설문에 대한 평균 4.06점은 직업평가사들이 6개 요인 전반에 걸쳐 매우 필요한 직무라고 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있고 직업평가사의 역할과 기능의 6개 하위요인 간 상관관계는 매우 높게 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 직업평가사 자격규정과 양성과정에 있어서 기초자료로서 매우 시사점이 크다고 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the perception of the role and function of vocational evaluation specialists, and to suggest the ways to improve their vocational evaluation specialists. For the study, a questionnaire was mailed and returned it. 87 questionnaires were studied to find out work conditions by technical analysis like frequency and average, correlation analysis used to verify the research. The basic questionnaire about Vocational Evaluation Job Task and Knowledge Inventory(VE-JTKI) was used to measure importance ratings of the role and function of vocational evaluation specialists. The results of this study can be summarized as follows ; First, the grand mean of vocational evaluation specialists perceptions on job duties was 4.06. Respondents mean importance ratings of the clinical skills to analyze & Synthesize assessment data factor was 4.23. The mean importance ratings of behavioral observation & evaluation techniques factor was 4.04. The mean importance ratings of case management factor was 3.96. The mean importance ratings of occupational analysis & information factor was 4.06. The mean importance ratings of vocational counseling factor was 4.14. The mean importance ratings of professionalism factor was 3.95. Second, correlation coefficiencies for the each factors ranged from .405 to 720. The result of this study could be used curriculums and norms of vocational evaluation specialists.
