본 연구의 목적은 학령기 전 경직형 뇌성마비 아동을 대상으로 호흡 및 구강운동 훈련을 통해 자음정확도를 향상시켜 음운 오류율을 감소시키고 발성 호기 시간을 연장하여 보다 명료한 언어를 구사할 수 있도록 도움을 주고자 하는 것으로 3명의 대상아동들에 대하여 AB설계를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 호흡 및 구강훈련이 조음위치와 조음방법을 통해 본 자음정확도에 긍정적 결과를 보여 주었으며, 발성을 위한 호기 시간도 점진적으로 증가하는 결과를 나타냈다. 따라서 뇌성마비 아동에 대한 언어중재에서 비정상적인 호흡 패턴을 바꿔주고, 조음기관의 촉각적 예민성을 줄여줄 수 있는 구강운동훈련과 같은 중재가 반드시 선행되어야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to propose a more qualitative, intelligently speech therapy, improving the vowel prolongation, the percentage of correct consonants, for spastic cerebral palsy children through respiration and oral motor training. To solve these problem was used AB design about 3 objects with spastic cerebral palsy children at preschool age. The aspiration and oral motor discipline have been divided 6 stage with the facilitation technique on phonological processing including consonants, vowel. As a result of the review, the conclusion were as follows : the percentage of correct consonants at the articulation method, place was increased by aspiration and oral motor discipline. And the vocalization prolongation was increased by aspiration and oral motor discipline. At a result, these investigation was viewed that cerebral palsy children through aspiration and oral motor discipline may be helped. Moreover at the more early age the intervention may be conducted.
