온라인 수업 설계･운영 시 특수교사의 역할과 고려사항에 대한 요구 분석

A Study on the Needs Analysis of Special Education Teachers for Roles and Considerations in Online Classes

연구목적: 이 연구는 성공적인 특수교육 온라인 수업의 지원을 위해 필요한 특수교사의 역할과 고려사항에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 조사하고, 요구도와 우선순위를 파악하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구방법: 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 초·중등학교 특수교사 157명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 온라인 수업 시 특수교사 역할의 중요도에 대한 인식은 높았으나 실행도는 그에 비해 낮았고, 이는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이로 나타났다. 중요도와 실행도가 높은 영역은 ‘교수설계자’였고, Borich 요구도 분석에서 가장 높은 영역은 ‘교수설계자’와 ‘학습평가자’로서의 역할이었다. Borich 요구 분석과 LF모델 분석 결과를 비교하여 최우선 순위를 도출한 결과, ‘교수설계자’와 ‘교육평가자’ 역할에 대한 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인 수업 설계 및 운영 시 고려사항의 중요도에 대한 인식은 높았으나 실행도는 그보다 낮았고, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이로 나타났다. 중요도와 실행도가 높은 영역은 ‘컴퓨터와 시스템 지원’였고, Borich 요구도 분석에서 가장 높은 영역은 ‘교수설계자’와 ‘학습내용’이었다. Borich 요구 분석과 LF모델 분석 결과를 비교하여 최우선 순위를 도출한 결과, ‘학습내용’와 ‘컴퓨터와 시스템지원’, ‘학습성과’ 그리고 ‘교사역량’으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 연구결과를 토대로 특수교육대상학생의 효과적인 온라인 수업을 위한 수업 설계 및 운영 지원을 위한 학습관리 폴랫폼의 개발 및 특수교사 온라인 수업 역량 강화를 위한 교사지원체계의 필요성에 대해 논의하고, 관련한 후속연구를 제안하였다.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the importance level and performance level of the roles and considerations of special education teachers in the process of designing and operating online classes, and identifying the needs for priority support. Method: An online survey was conducted on 157 special education teachers in elementary and secondary special schools. Results: First, the performance level was lower than the importance level of the role of special education teachers in online classes, and there was a statistically significant difference. Borichines analysis and LF model analysis showed that the highest priorities among the special education teachers’ roles in online classes were professor designers and learning evaluators . Second, considerations when designing and operating online classes were also lower in performance level compared to the importance level of special education teachers in all areas, and showed statistically significant differences. Conclusion: Based on the results, we developed an online learning management platform considering the characteristics of students with disabilities, discussed the need for a teacher support system to strengthen special education teachers online classes capabilities, and proposed a follow-up study.
