R-program을 이용한 학교 구강보건 사업의 평가에 관한 모형분석 연구

학교구강보건사업은 일반 아동이나 장애아동에 있어서 구강건강관리 뿐만 아니라 일생동안 건강한 구강을 유지 증진 할 수 있도록 능력을 배양한다는 점에서 매우 중요하다. 우리나라에서 지체 장애아의 구강보건사업에 관해서는 몇 가지 사업이 진행되고 있으나 일반 아동 구강보건사업과 마찬가지로, 사업의 기획과 수행 과정은 비교적 많이 이루어지고 있지만 그 평가는 체계적으로 잘 이루어지지 아니하고 있고, 더욱이 일반아동의 사업평가 결과와 장애아동의 구강보건 사업 결과를 비교해 보려는 시도는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 전국 각 보건소 관할내의 1개 학교씩 선정된 평가 대상 학교에서 평가에 응한 141개 초등학교에서 지난 1 년간 실시했던 8 개 항목의 학교구강보건사업에 대하여 보건복지부가 제안한 평가 항목과 기준으로 자체 평가를 실시하고 그 결과를 R-Program을 이용한 Star Diagram 으로 나타내어 그 유형별로 분석해 본 바 향후 장애아동 학교구강보건사업 평가에 이용하고자한다.

The author has performed the appraisal for school dental health project by use of the R-program in order to understand easily and simple for the results, through the analysis of 141 appraisal sheets which were written by school nurses, 8 items as school oral examination program, school dental health education, school fluoride mouth rinsing, school tooth brushing, school fluoride application, school dental sealant, school dental clinic project and the other special school dental project, were selected with 8 question for each item. On using the R-program for drawing the star-diagram, 6 kinds of types for results as circle type, Amorphous type, oval type, triangular or rhombus type, linear type and spot type shapes were classified and counted for the number of the schools included. The obtained results were as followings. 1. It was shown that 33.3% of the circle typed ,24.8% of amorphous, 12.8% of the oval typed , 11.4% of triangular or rhombus typed , 3.6% 0f linear typed and 14.2%of spot typed shapes were revealed by drawing Star Diagram with R-Program. 2. 11.4% of the schools were included in the group of extremely well done for school dental program and one third were in relatively well done, other wise the last one third were in the least for school dental program. 3. R-program was recommended to use for national wide, for appraisal on school dental health program, in order to activate and to the appraisal, in korea. 4. Because of little cases of the big circle typed in diagram for the appraisal for school oral health program in this study, it was recommended to harmonize with the more proper projects in planning for school oral health program for handicapped children in the future.
