특수교사의 근무환경, 지각된 건강상태와 건강증진 생활양식 이행에 관한 연구

A Study on Special School Teachers’ Working Condition, Perceived Health Status, and Health Promoting Lifestyle Practice : Focused on Gwangju and Jeollanam-do Areas

본 연구는 광주·전남 특수학교에 재직 중인 특수학교 교사 160명을 대상으로 특수교사의 근무환경, 지각된 건강상태, 건강증진 생활양식 이행 정도와 변인들 간의 관계를 알아보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상 특수교사들의 근무환경은 낮은 수준으로 나타났고, 지각된 건강상태 및 건강증진 생활양식의 실천정도는 보통 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 근무환경과 지각된 건강상태 및 건강증진 생활양식은 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 특수교사의 근무환경이 좋은 집단이 좋지 않은 집단 보다 지각된 건강상태 및 건강증진 생활양식 실천정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

The present study examined the relations among special school teachers’ working condition, perceived health status, and health promoting lifestyle practice by surveying 160 teachers working at special schools in Gwangju and Jollanam-do. The results of this study are as follows. First, the surveyed special school teachers’ working condition was poor, and their perceived health status and health promoting lifestyle practice were average. Second, their working condition was in a positive correlation with their perceived health status and health promoting lifestyle practice. Third, perceived health status and health promoting lifestyle practice were higher in those with good working condition than in those with poor working condition.
