장애학생 진로·직업교육 자립생활훈련 성과지표 개발

The development of the performance indicator of independent living training for the career and vocation education of students with disabilities

본 연구는 점점 중도·중복화되는 중·고등학교 과정 장애학생의 교육적 성과에 초점을 맞춘 자립생활훈련 부분의 성과지표를 개발하여 학교 교육현장에서 진로·직업교육을 할 수 있도록 지원하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해, 18명의 현장 특수교사를 통해 예비문항의 내용타당도 검증을 실시한 후‘일상생활기능’과‘개인·사회적 기능’의 2가지 핵심지표에 따른 228개의 지표를 가지고 190명의 장애학생을 대상으로 준거타당도, 신뢰도, 영역별 변별력을 측정하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, 228개의 성과지표 문항에 대한‘문항-전체 상관계수’를 산출한 결과 문항을 구성하는 요인들이 서로 유기적인 관계를 맺으면서 하나의 구인을 형성하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 전체 지표문항에 대한 내적일관성 신뢰도를 통해 신뢰도를 분석한 결과 ‘일생생활기능’의 Cronbach s α는 전체 .78,‘개인· 사회적 기능’의 Cronbach s α는 전체 .92로, 비교적 높은 수치를 나타냈다. 셋째, 지표문항의 영역별 변별력을 검증한 결과‘일상생활기능’과‘개인· 사회적 기능’모두에서 장애등급과 학교생활 적응정도가 의미있는 변인으로 나타났다.

The purpose of the study was to develop the performance indicator regarding an independent living training for the educational success of students with disabilities in secondary school curriculum. Also, the developed indictor will be utilized to support the carrer and vocation education in schools. The study implemented a content validity of preliminary question items with 18 special education teachers. Then, the study evaluated a criterion validity, reliability,factor difference threshold on 228 items of main indicator including daily life functioning and personal/social functioning with 190 students with disabilities. In the results, first, the 228 performance indicator items were correlated and developed one construct. Second, the internal consistency reliability was .78 on daily life functioning and .92 on personal and social functioning . Thus, the internal consistency reliability was high. Finally, the factor difference threshold of the indicator items was meaningful both on daily life functioning and personal and social functioning .
