참여 빈도 질문지의 심리측정학적 특성

The Psychometric Properties of Frequency of Participation Questionnaire in Children with Cerebral Palsy

이 연구는 뇌성마비 아동의 참여를 측정하기 위한 도구로써 참여 빈도 질문지(Frequency of Participation Questionnaire: FPQ)의 심리측정학적 특성을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 FPQ를 표준 번안 과정에 따라 번안하고 6~16세 뇌성마비 아동 97명을 대상으로 FPQ와 대동작 기능 수준 분류 체계를 측정하였다. FPQ의 심리측정학적 특성을 알아보기 위해서는 문항반응이론인 라쉬 분석을 이용하였다. 라쉬 분석을 통해, 문항의 적합도, 난이도, 평정 척도 분석, 신뢰도를 알아보았고 대동작 기능 분류 체계에 따른 FPQ 점수를 알아보았다. 분석 결과, FPQ 14개 문항은 적합도 지수가 판정 기준을 벗어나는 문항이 없는 것으로 나타나 모두 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 문항의 난이도 분석 결과 가장 난이도가 높은 문항은 동호회로 나타났고, 가장 난이도가 낮은 문항은 컴퓨터 사용으로 나타났다. 평정 척도 분석 결과 0~5점의 6점 척도는 적합도 지수가 적합한 것으로 나타났고, 척도 점수의 증가에 따른 피험자 평균 능력 추정치가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰도 분석 결과 대상자의 분리 신뢰도는 .83, 문항의 분리신뢰도는 .97로 나타나 신뢰할 만한 수준으로 나타났다. 대동작 기능 분류 체계에 따른 참여 점수를 알아본 결과, 대동작 기능 수준에 높을수록 참여 점수도 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 상관은 r = -.509(p < .001)로 나타났다. 문항의 적합도, 난이도 평정 척도, 신뢰도 및 대동작 기능 분류 체계와의 관계를 볼 때, FPQ는 뇌성마비 아동의 참여를 측정하는 도구로써 유용할 것으로 생각된다. 앞으로의 연구에서는 다양한 측면의 신뢰도 및 타당도를 밝히는 것이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychometric properties for Korean translation of the Frequency of Participation Questionnaire (FPQ) in children with cerebral palsy (CP) using the Rasch Model. For this, FPQ was translated to Korean according to guidelines for the process of cross-cultural adaptation. The FPQ and Gross Motor Classification System (GMFCS) was measured in 97 children with CP. The participants was range of age from 6 to 16 years old. The data were analyzed to examine the item fit, the distribution of item difficult and reliability, and appropriateness of the rating scale. There was no item for FPQ showed a misfit with the Rasch model. The easiest item was computer and the most difficult item was Community. The 6-point rating scale was appropriate for FPQ. The person separation indexes was .83 and item separation indexes was .97. The reliability of FPQ wes excellent. The scores of FPQ was increased according to gross motor function ability. The correlation between FPQ and GMFCS was -.509 (p < .001). Item fit, item difficulty, rating scale of items, reliability and relation with GMFCS means that FPQ was useful tool to measure the participation for children with CP. In further research, various reliabilities and validities of the FPQ was examined for the increasement of utility in children with CP.
