본 연구에서는 학교 내에서의 치료지원 체계의 효과적인 정착을 위하여 관련 전문가들의 인식과 경험을 알아보고자 하였다. 특수교사 8인과 치료사 4인을 대상으로 개별면담과 포커스 그룹 면담을 실시하여 수집된 자료를 질적 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 3개의 주제가 도출되었다. : (1) 학교 내에서의 치료지원에 대한 인식과 경험; 학교 내에서의 치료지원의 효과, 학교 내에서의 치료지원의 어려움, (2) 협력적 접근에 대한 인식과 경험; 협력 실행방법, 협력의 효과, 협력의 어려움, (3) 학교 내에서의 치료지원 및 협력적 접근에 대한 개선방안; 학교 내에서의 치료지원 개선방안, 협력적 접근을 위한 개선방안. 본 연구는 학교 내에서의 치료지원 체계의 효과적인 정착을 위한 연구로, 실제적인 치료지원 체계 실행과 협력적 팀 접근 체계 구축의 실현방안을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다
The purpose of this study was to provide practical support strategies and practice plan for therapeutic support in the educational environment and to examine the perception of special educator and therapist who had experienced therapeutic support in the educational environment through the qualitative investigation of professionals cognition, experiences, and thought. To collect data, focus group and individual interviews were conducted. Eight special educators and four therapists were interviewed. From the qualitative analysis, three themes and eight sub-themes were emerged : (1) cognition about therapeutic support in the educational environment, (2) cognition about collaborative team approach, (3) pertinent practice plan of therapeutic support in the educational environment and the collaborative team approach. Finally, discussions, implications and future directions of therapeutic support in the educational environment and the collaborative team approach practices were presented based on the results of the study.
