특수학교 학교기업 운영 현황과 고용 촉진 방안에 대한 특수교사의 인식

The Study on Special Teachers Recognition toward Management Situation and Promotion of Employment of School-based Enterprise of Special School in Daegu-Gyeongbook Provinces

본 연구의 목적은 특수학교 학교기업의 운영 현황 및 고용 촉진 방안을 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 대구경북 지역에 소재한 7개 특수학교 학교기업을 운영하고 있는 특수학교의 특수교사 266명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 설문지는 학교기업 운영의 적절성과 관련된 10개 문항, 학교기업 실무자의 업무량 적절성 6개 문항, 회계 및 시설 상근자 인력 수급 4개 문항, 그리고 고용 촉진과 관련된 8개 문항으로 구성하였다. 설문 결과에 대하여 요인분석, 주성분 분석, 그리고 신뢰도 분석 등을 실행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수교사는 학교기업의 필요성에 대하여 긍정적이다. 둘째, 특수교사는 학교기업 실무자의 업무량이 경감되기를 희망한다. 셋째, 특수교사는 회계 및 시설 상근자 인력이 수급되기를 희망한다. 넷째, 특수교사는 학교기업이 졸업생의 고용 촉진에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 인식한다. 그러나 시각장애학교에 재직하고 있는 특수교사는 안마크리닉 또는 이료 사업 등과 같은 업종이 합법적으로 학교기업에서 지원될 수 있기를 기대하고 있다. 또한 본 연구에서는 특수학교 학교기업은 장애학생의 고용 촉진에 긍정적인 영향을 미치게 되지만, 이를 현실화하기 위한 다양한 방안이 선행되어야 함을 논의에서 시사하고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to illustrate the management situation and the promotion of employment of the school-based enterprise of special school in Daegu-Gyeongbook provinces. The 266 special school teachers who are working for the seven school-based enterprises of the special schools in Daegu- Gyeongbook provinces were participated for this study. The questionnaire was divided into four parts such as 10 questions with management of the school-based enterprise of special school, 6 questions with amount of the work for a person in charge, 4 questions with supply and demand of the work for a person in account and resident, and 8 questions with the promotion of employment for the students with disabilities who were working at the school-based enterprise of special school. The factor analysis, main effect analysis, and reliability analysis were utilized to analyze the results of the questionnaire for this study. The results of this study were that: (a) the special teachers illustrated positive attitudes toward the establishment purpose of the school-based enterprise of special school; (b) the special school teachers expected that the amounts of the work for a person in charge were reduced; (c) the special teachers hoped that supply and demand of the work for a person in account and resident were supplied; and (d) the special teachers recognized the school-based enterprise of special school was positive factor to increase the promotion of employment of the students with disabilities. Therefore this study concluded that the school-based enterprise of special school was positive factor to ensure the promotion of employment of the students with disabilities, however, the areas of the massage and acupuncture of the school for the blind were accepted legally.
