지체 및 뇌성마비학생의 비상징적 의사소통행동 평가문항(AINC-PD)에 대한 요인 구조 확인

Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Model Fit Test of Assessment Index on Nonsymbolic Communication for Students with Physical Disabilities(AINC-PD)

이 연구의 목적은 지체 및 뇌성마비학생의 비상징적 의사소통행동의 요인구조 탐색·확인과정을 거쳐 평가문항의 요인구조와 모형 적합도를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 지체장애 특수학교 교사 182명을 정보수집 집단 대상으로 선정하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 지체 및 뇌성마비학생의 비상징적 의사소통행동 평가 척도는 의사소통형태(동작형, 표정형, 성인 의존도형, 신체 긴장도 변화형), 의사소통 기능, 담화 기능, 의도성의 47개 평가문항을 선정할 수 있었다. 둘째, 확인적 요인 분석을 통해 도출된 지체 및 뇌성마비학생의 비상징적 의사소통행동 평가 모형의 잠재변수와 관측변수 간의 유의한 인과 관계를 가지고 있었다. 셋째, 지체 및 뇌성마비학생의 비상징적 의사소통행동 평가 모형의 신뢰도는 모든 영역에 대해 단일 차원성을 갖춘 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 지체 및 뇌성마비학생의 공통적인 비상징적 의사소통행동 평가 분석이 중요한 만큼 장애학생들이 지닌 의사소통의 특성을 밝히는 향후 연구에 대한 논의가 이루어졌다.

The purpose of the study is to validate assessment index on nonsymbolic communication for individuals with physical disabilities and cerebral palsy (AINC-PD) through confirmatory factor analysis and model fit test with AMOS. To do so, 182 special education teachers in 6 metropolitan areas were purposively selected. The results were as the following: (a) AINC-PD has 47 items in all from Communicative Forms (Actions, Facial Expression, Dependance on Adults, Changes in Muscle Tone), Communicative Functions, Discourse Functions. The-goodness-of-fit was verified by the confirmatory factor analysis. (b) The latent variables and observed variables of a single model for AINC-PD had a statistically significant relationship with each other. (c) AINC-PD had statistically solid reliabilities and validity. Lastly, future study on the differences of nonsymbolic communication behaviors between persons with physical disabilities and cerebral palsys was suggested based on the common factors found in this study.
