국립특수교육원 적응행동검사의 적용 가능성 탐색

Research for the Applicability of Korea Institute for Special Education-Scales of Adaptive Behavior in Children with Cerebral Palsy

이 연구는 국내에서 개발된 적응행동 검사인 국립특수교원 적응행동 검사(KNISE-SAB)가 뇌성마비 아동의 적응행동을 평가하기 위한 도구로 사용될 수 있는지를 알아보기 위해 실행되었다. 이를 위해 뇌성마비 아동 119명을 대상으로 평가한 자료를 라쉬 분석을 통해 분석하여, 문항의 적합도, 문항의 난이도, 평정척도의 적절성 및 신뢰도를 알아보았다. 분석 결과, 개념적 적응기술 영역에서 부적합한 문항은 12개 문항, 사회적 적응기술 영역에서의 부적합한 문항은 6개 문항, 실제적 적응기술 영역에서 부적합한 문항은 15개 문항으로 나타났다. 특히, 개념적 적응기술 영역의 쓰기는 9개 문항 중 3개 문항이 부적합한 것으로 나타나 뇌성마비 아동 적응행동 평가를 위한 사용에 있어 유의해야 할 것으로 생각된다. 문항의 난이도를 분석한 결과 문항의 난이도는 대상자 능력 점수 분포와 유사한 것으로 나타났으나, 실제적 적응기술의 경우 문항의 난이도가 높은 문항들이 포함되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 평정 척도 분석 결과, 응답 범주는 4점 척도가 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 분리지수를 통해 알아본 신뢰도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 지적장애를 대상으로 표준화된 도구인 KNISE-SAB가 뇌성마비 아동의 적응행동을 평가하는 도구로 적용 가능한지를 라쉬분석을 통해 알아보았다는데 그 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the applicability of Korea Institute for Special Education - Scales of Adaptive Behavior (KNISE-SAB) in children with cerebral palsy (CP). For this, evaluation data of 119 children with CP was used for analysis of Rash and examination of item appropriateness, the level of item difficulty, appropriateness of rating scale, and reliability of KNISE-SAB. The results of this study were as follows: First, 12 items in conceptual adaptive skills, six items in social adaptive skills, and 15 items in practical adaptive skills showed a misfit with Rasch model. Especially, writing subscale in conceptual skills should be used carefully for evaluation in children with CP because three of nine items showed misfit. Second, the difficulty level of KNISE-SAB and distribution of subject ability was similar, but difficult items was included in practical adaptive skills. Third, 4-point rating sclae was appropriate for each domain of KNISE-SAB. Fourth, reliability was appropriate in children with CP through analysis of separation index. This study focused on investigating the applicability of KNISE-SAB, which was standardized in children with intellectual disabilities, in children with CP through Rasch analysis.
