특수학급 교사의 교직 적응 탄력성 척도 개발

Development of Teaching Adaptive Resilience Scale for Special Class Teachers

본 연구는 우리나라 특수학급 교사들의 교직 적응 유연성에 관한 하위 요인을 분석하고, 특수학급 교사들이 사용할 수 있는 교직 적응 탄력성 척도를 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 특수학급 교사의 교직 적응 탄력성 척도는 문헌 분석과 개방형 질문지, 집단면담, 기존 교직 적응 탄력성 척도 분석을 통해 예비문항이 제작되었고 내용 타당도 검증과 요인분석 및 신뢰도 검증을 통해 최종 문항이 확정되었다. 특수학급 교사 교직 적응 탄력성은 자기효능감, 심리적 요인, 사회적 관계, 환경 및 생활만족, 정책적지지 총 다섯 가지 하위요인으로 구성되었으며, 본 연구에서 개발된 특수학급 교사용 교직 적응 탄력성 척도의 문항은 자기효능감 11문항, 심리적 요인 8문항, 사회적 관계 7문항, 환경 및 생활만족 요인 7문항, 정책적지지 4문항의 총 37문항으로 구성되었다.

This study is analysis on sub-factors of teachers teaching adaptive resilience for special class teachers in Korea, and develop teaching adaptive resilience measure is intended. Teaching adaptive resilience measure for special class teachers analysis of the literature and open questionnaires, group discussions, through the analysis of existing teaching adaptive resilience scale preliminary items were produced by factor analysis and reliability, content validity verification and validation has been confirmed, the final question. Teaching adaptive resilience measure for special class teachers is consists of a total of five kinds of sub-factors for self-efficacy, psychological factors, social relationships, environment and life satisfaction, and political support. The developed teaching adaptive resilience measure for special class teachers comprised 37 items of 5 sub-factor: self-efficacy 11 items, psychological factors 8 items, social relationships 7 items, environment and life satisfaction 7 items, and political support 4 items.
