특수학급 교사의 교직 적응 탄력성 척도에 대한 타당성 분석

A Validation Study of Teaching Adaptive Resilience Scale for Special Class Teachers

본 연구에서는 특수학급 교사의 교직 적응 탄력성 척도(김영한, 최용재, 2013)에 대한 타당성을 분석하고자 척도에 대한 수렴타당성과 변별타당성을 검증하고 교육경력별, 학교급별 등으로 교차타당성을 파악하였다. 이를 위하여 서울, 부산, 울산, 대구, 경북, 경남, 충남 등의 특수학급 교사 407명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 자료 수집은 우편과 e-mail를 통해 이뤄졌으며 수렴타당성을 알아보기 위하여 적응유연성 척도(김성훈, 이안수, 2011) 및 초중등교사 교직헌신척도(노종희, 2004)를 같이 적용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 20.0 for WIN, AMOS 20.0 등을 적용하여 실시하였다. 연구결과, 특수학급 교사의 교직 적응 탄력성 척도는 수렴타당성, 변별타당성, 교차타당성을 모두 확보할 수 있었다. 그러므로 특수학급 교사의 교직 적응 탄력성 척도는 그들의 교직 적응 탄력의 정도를 측정하고자 하는데 매우 타당성이 높은 도구라는 것이 입증되었다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the validity of teaching adaptive resilience scale for special class teachers. The participants for this study were 407 special class teachers in Seoul, Busan, Ulsan, Daegu, Kyungnam, Kyungbuk, and Chungnam. Data were collected from the survey by the post-mail or e-mail. As well, the collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 for WIN, AMOS 20.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, the convergent validity was verified by correlation analysis with Resilience Scale for Elementary Physical Education Specialists and The Commitment to Teaching Questionnaire. Second, the discriminant validity was verified by comparing average variance extract and the square of correlation among the sub-factor. Finally, the cross validity was verified by the investigation of the measurement model and latent means about their educational career, grade of class. Thus, it was proven by cross validity that the teaching adaptive resilience scale for special class teachers could be used regardless of their educational career and grade of class.
