장애학생의 통합적 치료지원의 필요성 탐구

Exploring Necessity of Integrated Therapy Support for the Students with Disabilities

공교육 내에서 치료지원을 포함하는 관련서비스는 지원되는 서비스의 책무성이 교육과 밀접한 관련이 있으므로 치료지원에서의 부모의 의견을 심층적으로 살피는 것은 교육정책의 방향을 결정하는데 중요하다. 본 연구는 장애부모를 대상으로 통합적 치료지원의 필요성을 알고자 치료지원을 신청하는 학부모(N=279명)를 대상으로 설문하였으며 자료는 양적인 방법과 질적인 방법으로 분석하였다. 일부 문항은 Likert Scale 5점 척도를 이용하여 양적으로 분석하였으며 자유스러운 의견을 묻는 문항은 삼각검증을 통한 주제어 추출을 거친 후 질적으로 분석되었다. 연구의 결과, 첫째, 부모들에게 현재 받고 있는 치료교육의 형태에 대한 질문과 지원되는 치료지원 모두에서 언어치료가 가장 높은 비율을 차지하였으며 이들의 치료시간은 평균 주당 1.94시간(40분 수업기준)을 받고 있으며 사설치료실의 이용은 학령군별로 차이가 있었다. 특수학교의 부모가 치료지원이 교육과정에 포함되어 운영되는 것에 대하여 보다 더 긍정적이었다. 둘째, 특수교육과 연계하여 치료지원이 제공될 필요성에 대한 질문에 통합된 장애자녀를 둔 통합학급 학부모와 특수학교 학부모는 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 84.5%의 부모는 학생의 장애를 이유로 향후 치료지원을 요구하며 73.8%의 부모의 요구는 치료지원의 양적 확대와 이용의 편리성이라는 두 영역이 만족되기를 바라고 있었다.

In the relative services of public education service for the disabilities(esp, rehabilitation service) require Integrated Service Model which is needed for the service adminstration and consistence service. This research performed to know about parents needs in rehabilitation service(Korea, Therapy Support) from the Chungchung-Namdo province. The results of this research were followed. First, speech and language therapy of speech language pathologist was the most common therapy both of a current private rehabilitative therapy and applied rehabilitative therapy for the public education. They were taking 1.94 hours of private rehabilitation therapy per a week and which was difference between elementary school students and post secondary school students. Second, the opinion of integrated service of rehabilitative therapy support in the public education curriculum was that both groups were positive, but more positive in the parents of segregated school attender. Third, 84.5% of parents applied rehabilitative service(Korea, Therapy Support) to the government for the their children s problem, and 73.8% of parents needs were conversed to the extend of rehabilitative service and convenience, and accessibility. this research discussed the needs of cooperative and integrated rehabilitation services.
