지체장애 학생의 전환교육을 위한 요소 고찰

Review of Core Components of Vocational Education of Students with Physical Disabilities

본 연구는 지체장애 학생의 전환교육을 위한 요소를 고찰하기 위하여 국내의 전환교육 관련 동향 연구들을 체계적으로 종합, 분석하고 1990년부터 2014년까지의 지체장애 학생을 대상으로 하는 전환교육 연구 중 국내학술지 논문 31편을 선정하여 연구 방법과 주제에 따라 내용을 분석하였다. 연구결과 국내의 전환교육 관련 동향 연구들은 연역적 방법과 귀납적 방법으로 분류할 수 있었고, 그 중 연역적 방법으로 분류한 연구가 많은 비중(75.0%)을 차지하는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구 방법에 따라 분석한 결과 조사연구, 문헌연구, 실험연구, 질적연구 순으로 연구의 수가 조사되었으며, 관찰연구는 한편도 없었다. 주제를 살펴본 결과 전환교육을 위한 요소로 인식, 직업준비, 직업(진로)교육, 직업평가, 고용, 전환교육 일반, 삶의 질 이상 7개로 분류 되었다. 이상의 분석 결과를 토대로 지체장애 학생의 전환교육 연구들이 보다 내실 있는 후속 연구가 이루어질 수 있도록 다음 여섯 가지 논제를 중심으로 논의하였다. ⑴ 다양한 연구 방법, 주제별로 꾸준한 연구를 통한 전환교육 연구의 기반 마련, ⑵ 연구의 질(타당도, 신뢰도) 향상, ⑶ 7개 전환교육 요소, ⑷ 지체장애 학생의 장애 정도가 점차 중증화 됨을 추론, ⑸ 지체장애 학생을 직접 대상으로 하는 연구 확대, ⑹ 졸업 후 구체적인 결과나 직업교육에 대한 연구기반 확대

The purpose of this study was to review the core components of vocational education of students with physical disabilities. The following methods were used. ⒜ synthesis and analysis of research trends related to transition education in Korea ⒝ content analysis on articles including the research methodologies and the themes selected from 31 journals of transition education of students with physical disabilities from 1990 to 2014 in Korea. As the results, research trends related to transition education in Korea were categorized by the deductive method and the inductive method. According to the research, deductive method takes up a large proportion(75.5%). The analysis results according to the methodology showed that the researches were conducted in the following order; survey research, literature review, experimental research, and qualitative research with no observational research. The analysis results according to the themes, there are 7 core components in the following order; Awareness, Vocational preparation, Vocational(Career) education, Vocational evaluation, Employment, General of transition education, Quality of life. Based on the findings of this study, implications for application of and future research on vocational education of students with physical disabilities were provided as follows; ⑴ accumulation of research by various methodologies and themes for further research, ⑵ improvement of research quality, ⑶ 7 core components, ⑷ inference that students with physical disabilities are getting more severe in nowadays, ⑸ increase research on directly subject of students with physical disabilities, ⑹ increase research on concrete outcome and vocational education based on employment status after graduation
