특수학교 학교기업의 성과지표에 대한 인식 비교

Comparison of Perception about Performance indicators of School Based Enterprise in Special Schools

이 연구는 학교기업이 설치된 특수학교의 교사와 학교기업 종사자를 대상으로 특수학교 학교기업의 성과지표에 대한 인식이 특수학교의 종류, 장애유형 및 소재지에 따라 차이가 있는가를 알아보았는데, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수학교 학교기업의 성과지표에 대한 인식은 학교 종류에 따라 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특수학교 학교기업의 성과지표에 대한 인식은 학교 소재지에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 특수학교 학교기업의 성과지표에 대한 인식은 참여자의 장애유형에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 내린 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수학교 학교기업의 평가지표는 선행연구에서 제안한 성과지표를 토대로 개발해도 무방하다. 둘째, 특수학교 학교기업의 평가지표를 개발할 때에는 해당 특수학교의 학교종류와 소재지, 그리고 참여자의 장애유형 등을 고려하되, 특히 참여자의 장애유형과 학교의 소재지는 중요한 요인으로 고려할 필요가 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 특수학교 학교기업의 평가지표를 개발하고자 할 때 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze difference of perception about performance indicators of school based enterprise in special schools, according to types of special schools, types of disability, and location of schools. The results were as follows. First, there were no significant difference in the types of schools about performance indicators of school based enterprise in special schools. Second, there were significant difference between special schools in metropolitan city and provincial region. Third, there were also significant differences between special school enrolled students with sensory disabilities and developmental disabilities. The conclusion based on the results of this study is as follows. First, evaluation indicators based on performance indicators suggested by previous researches may be developed. Second, when the evaluation is developed, the types of special schools, location, and the types of disability should be considered. Especially, the types of disability and location of schools are the important factors. The results of this study can be used as the basic data when the evaluation indicators of school based enterprise in special schools are developed.
