전공과 내 대학부설 평생교육원과의 협업을 통한 자립생활훈련이 발달장애인의 세탁직원 취업직무기술 습득과 유지 및 일반화에 미치는 효과

The Effects of Independence Life Training through Collaboration of Lifelong Education Center at University in Majoring Course on the Wash Staff Employment Task Skills for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 전공과 내 대학부설 평생교육원과의 협업을 통한 자립생활훈련이 발달장애인의 세탁직원 취업직무기술에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 있다. 연구방법: 전공과의 자립생활훈련반 1학년으로 재학하고 있는 발달장애인 세 명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 실험 환경은 전공과 내 자립생활훈련 실습실, 대학부설 평생교육원, 대학 내 세탁실, 가정 내 세탁실로 구성되었다. 실험 설계는 단일대상연구의 대상자간 중다간헐 기초선 설계를 사용하였으며, 기초선·중재·유지·일반화의 네 가지 실험 조건이 포함되었다. 독립변인인 전공과 내 대학부설 평생교육원과의 협업을 통한 자립생활훈련은 대학부설 평생교육원에서 같은 대학 내의 산업체 중 하나인 세탁실을 연계 활용하여 비디오 동영상의 형태로 교수·학습 자료를 제작하여 전공과에 보급하는 것으로부터 실시되었다. 그리고 대학부설 평생교육원으로부터 제작된 비디오 동영상 자료는 전공과 내에서 시청과 시연의 두 가지 절차에 의해 참조 및 활용되었다. 종속변인인 세탁직원 취업직무기술은 연구 대상이 대학 내 세탁실에서 손님이 주문한 빨래물을 직접 세탁하는 수행으로 정의되며, 중재 효과의 여부에 따라 연구 대상에게 채용약정의 취업 자격 조건으로 적용되었다. 또한, 과제분석에 따라 10가지의 하위 단계기술을 포함한다. 연구결과: 연구 대상들은 중재 적용을 통해 목표행동을 효과적으로 습득하고 유지 및 일반화한 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 전공과 내 대학부설 평생교육원 참조 자립생활훈련과 발달장애인의 세탁직원 취업직무기술 수행 간에 유관성이 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find the effect of independence life training through collaboration of lifelong education center at a university in majoring course on wash staff employment task skills of individuals with developmental disabilities. Method: Independence life training through collaboration of lifelong education center at university in majoring course was used as an independent variable to create instructional method based on video and practical demonstration through response prompting. Dependent variable was operationally defined as washing of clothes by the subjects. Results: The subjects were found to effectively acquire wash staff employment task skills, the target behavior, through the intervention program. In addition, the skills were effectively maintained and generalized effectively maintained and generalized. Conclusion: This study focused its value on the implications of the functional relationship between independent and dependent variables.
