ICF-CY 기반 감각운동 진단항목의 중요도와 장애학생의 수행도 분석

Importance-performance analysis of diagnostic inventory on sensory motor based on ICF-CY for students with disabilities: Focused on types of disabilities

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 ICF-CY 기반 감각운동 진단항목에 대한 교사들의 중요도 와 장애학생들의 수행도를 IPA기법으로 분석함으로써, 장애학생에게 우선적으로 지원하여야 할 감각운동 기능을 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 148명의 특수교사와 362명의 장애학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS와 Excel 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-검증, F-검증, IPA 매트릭스 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 그 결과 첫째, 감각운동 진단항목의 중요도는 매우 높았으나, 장애학생들의 수행도는 그보다 낮았다. 둘째, 장애학생들의 감각운동 기능 수행도는 장애유형에 따라 유의하게 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 4가지의 감각운동 기능이 집중 지원요소로 나타났다. 넷째, 학생의 장애유형에 따라 IPA매트릭스에 포함된 감각운동 기능이 달리 나타났다. 결론: 이 연구를 통해 ICF-CY 기반 진단항목으로 장애학생의 감각운동 기능을 진단하는 기회를 제공하였으며, 장애학생의 감각운동 기능 증진을 위한 실제적 논의점을 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify functions that need to be supported for sensory motor of students with disabilities. Through this study special teachers’ perception and diagnosis for their students about inventory on sensory motor based on ICF-CY was analyzed with Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) technique. Method: The participants were 148 special teachers and 362 students with disabilities. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis, t-test, F-test, and IPA matrix, through SPSS statics and Excel program. Results: First, the importance level of teachers’ perception on diagnostic inventory was high, but the performance level of students with disabilities was lower than that. Second, there were differences in performance level according to students’ types of disabilities. Third, it was proven that 4 sensory motor functions were in the ‘Concentrate area’ within IPA matrix. Fourth, there were different sensory motor functions within IPA matrix according to students’ types of disabilities. Conclusion: This study provided opportunities to diagnose sensory motor functions of students with disabilities by using inventory based on ICF-CY. Finally, practical implications to promote students’ sensory motor functions were discussed.
