해석학적 근거이론에 기반한 여성장애인의 레질리언스 경험에 관한 연구

A Study on the Resilience Experience of Women with disabilities: Hermeneutical grounded theory methodology

연구목적: 본 연구는 여성장애인의 레질리언스 경험을 드러내고 그 경험의 의미를 이해하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위하여 여성장애인의 경험을 Rennie의 해석학적 근거이론 분석방법을 활용하여 심층인터뷰를 진행하였다. 인터뷰 대상자는 인터뷰가 가능한 7인의 여성장애인을 선정하였고, 참여자별로 1회에서 2회의 면담을 실시하여 해석학적 분석방법과 지속적 비교 분석방법에 의해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 사회적 낙인, 주변인으로 표류, 양가감정의 공존, 발목잡힌 미래, 위축된 여성성, 돌파구를 찾으려고 노력함, 정신적인 버팀목, 자신을 일으켜 세우는 힘에 탄력이 붙음, 삶의 의미 재구성의 9가지 범주로 분석되었다. 연구결과, 여성장애인 당사자의 목소리를 반영한 레질리언스 경험을 통해 여성장애인에 대한 인식개선, 사회적 지지체계 구축,취업 지원 확대, 다양한 사회활동 및 취미활동 등의 프로그램 개발, 생애주기별 맞춤형 지원 강화, 여성장애인 관련 장애인차별금지법 강화 및 모니터링 이행 강화 등의 중요성을 확인되었다. 결론: 따라서 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 여성장애인을 위한 실천적, 정책적 기반을 둔 총체적 개입방안을 제안하였다. 향후 이를 통해 여성장애인을 위한 실천적, 정책적 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to reveal the resilience experiences of women with disabilities and to understand the meaning of their resilience experiences. Method: To do this, it conducted an in - depth interview by using Rennie s hermeneutical basis theory analysis. Seven women were selected to participate into the interview. To collect the data, interviews were conducted once or twice with each participants, after than collected data was analyzed by hermeneutical analysis method and continuous comparative analysis method. Results: As a result, the meaning of resilience experience was analyzed nine categories, such as difficult to cope with distorted gaze, discrimination, social myths that are difficult to cope with, self-confinement, anxious future, shrinking femininity, trying to find breakthroughs, resilience to build up self, and the restructuring of the meaning of life. With these nine categorized meanings of resilience experience, it was confirmed the importance of economic independence of women with disabilities, building of social support system, confidence in oneself, various social activities and hobby activities, strengthening customized support by life cycle, strengthening laws against discrimination against women with disabilities, and strengthening monitoring performance through experience of resilience course reflecting voices of women with disabilities. Conclusion: Therefore, based on these findings, the current study proposed comprehensive intervention plans based on practice and policy for women with disabilities. We could expect that these findings will provide practical and policy data for women with disabilities.
