공동체 구성원으로서의 장애대학생에 대한 비장애대학생의 태도 및 영향요인 분석

Analysis of Attitude and Influencing Factors of University Students Toward the Peer with Disabilities as Community Members

연구목적: 본 연구는 장애대학생의 성공적인 대학 공동체 생활 적응을 위한 지원 방안을 마련하고자, 장애대학생에 대한 비장애대학생의 태도와 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법: 이를 위하여 P대학의 비장애대학생 270명을 대상으로 5점 척도, 30문항으로 구성된 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 빈도분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 및 결론: 학업활동에 대한 태도 평균 4.16점, 일상생활 태도 평균 3.66점, 전체 태도 평균 3.86점으로 나타났다. 그리고 함께 강의를 수강한 횟수가 1회일 경우에는 부적상관이, 11회 이상일 경우에는 정적 상관이 나타났다. 비장애대학생의 태도에 대한 설명력을 가지는 요인은 함께 강의를 수강 한 경험이 11회 이상일 경우로 나타났다. 빈번하게 함께 강의를 수강하는 경험 속에서 학업을 매개로 하는 긍정적인 대인관계와 교류활동 촉진이 이루어지는 것으로 판단되며, 나아가 공동체 형성에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것으로 보인다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the attitude of college students toward university students with disabilities and to identify influencing factors. Method: This study was conducted with 270 university students. The questionaire was composed of 5 points scale and total 30 items. Data were analyzed by frequency, correlation, and regression. Results: The average attitude of learning activities was 4.16, the average of daily living attitude was 3.66, and the total average attitude was 3.86. The results were correlated with the number of lectures taken together(once - negative correlation, 11 times more - positive correlation). Conclusion: Frequent experience of taking classes together of lecturing together encouraged a positive interpersonal relationship and exchanges through academic activity. Therefore, this shows that it positively influences community formation
