병원학교 운영 매뉴얼 개발을 위한 특수교사의 경험 및 지원요구에 대한 질적 연구

A Qualitative Study on Hospital School Special Educators’ Education Experiences and their Needs of Support to Develop a Hospital School Management Manual

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 병원학교 운영 매뉴얼을 개발하고자 병원학교 교사의 경험과 지원요구를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구 참여자는 병원학교 특수교사 8명이고, 자료 수집은 2인 포커스그룹면담, 6인 포커스 그룹면담으로 구성된 총 2회기의 면담을 통해 이루어졌으며 회기 당 면담시간은 1시간 30분에서 2시간이었다. 연구결과: 병원학교 교육 및 운영에 대한 실제, 병원학교 교육의 어려움, 병원학교 교육을 위한 지원요구, 병원학교 운영 매뉴얼에 포함될 내용 요소가 도출되었다. 결론: 연구결과를 바탕으로 병원학교 교육의 질을 향상시키고, 병원학교 운영을 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안에 대하여 제안하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate hospital school special educators’ experiences and their needs of support to develop hospital school management manual. Method: A total of eight special educators of hospital school participated in this study using a purposive sampling. The research design consisted of two in-depth interview sessions including 1st focus group interview for two participants, 2nd focus group interview for six participants in consideration of participants schedule. The interview time per session was 1 hour and 30 minutes to two hours. Results: The results presented practice of education and management in the hospital school, difficulties of education in hospital school, and requirements to facilitate management of hospital school, content element of operation manual. Conclusion: Based on these results, suggestions to facilitate quality of hospital school education and operation plan were discussed.
