통합 환경에서의 특수교사와 작업치료사의 협력적 팀 접근 중재 경험과 지원방안 탐색

Inquiry into Collaborative Team Approach Intervention Experiences and Support Plans of Special Educators and Occupational Therapists in Inclusive Environments

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 통합 환경에서의 특수교사와 작업치료사의 협력적 팀 접근 중재 경험과 지원방안을 살펴보는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구 참여자는 총 8명의 특수교사와 작업치료사이고, 자료 수집은 깊이 있는 총 8회기의 개별 면담을 통해 수집하였고, 회기 당 면담시간은 1시간에서 1시간 30분이었다. 연구결과: 통합 환경에서의 협력적 팀 접근 중재에 대한 인식, 통합 환경에서의 협력적 팀 접근 중재 실행의 효과, 통합 환경에서의 협력적 팀 접근 중재 실행의 어려움, 통합 환경에서의 협력적 팀 접근 중재 실행을 위한 지원방안이 도출되었다. 결론: 연구결과를 바탕으로 통합된 환경에서 협력적 팀 접근을 실행하기 위한 방안에 대하여 토론하고 시사점과 향후 방안에 대하여 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to inquire about collaborative team approach intervention experiences and support plans of special educators and occupational therapists in inclusive environments. Method: A total of eight special educators and occupational therapists participated in this study. The research design consisted of eight in-depth individual interview sessions in consideration of the participants schedules. The duration of each interview was 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Results: Perceptions of the implementation of collaborative team intervention in inclusive environments, effects of the implementation of collaborative team intervention in inclusive environments, difficulties of the implementation of collaborative team intervention in inclusive environments, and support plans of collaborative team intervention in inclusive environments. Conclusion: Finally, discussions, implications and future directions of the collaborative team interventions in inclusive environments were presented based on the results of this study.
