국내 장애대학생 관련 연구동향 분석

A Systematic Review of College Students with Disabilities in South Korea: Focus on the ICF Framework

연구목적: 본 연구는 ICF 분석틀(WHO, 2001)을 활용하여 지난 10년간 발표된 국내 장애대학생 관련 연구의 동향을 입체적으로 분석함으로써, 향후 관련 연구의 방향과 실천적·정책적 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 분석대상 논문은 2010-2019년에 장애대학생 관련 키워드로 검색된 국내 등재(후보)지 174편이다. 이를 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구분야·영역, 연구주제, 그리고 ICF 모델의 6가지 구성요소로 분석하여 지난 10년간의 연구동향을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 장애대학생 관련 연구에서 시·청각장애를 다룬 논문이 가장 많았고. 지적·자폐성장애 등 발달장애를 다룬 연구가 증가하고 있었다. 둘째, 연구분야·영역에서는 인식·태도와 실태조사 연구가, 연구주제에 있어서는 학습·대학생활 관련 연구 비율이 높았다. 셋째, ICF 구성요소별 분석 결과, 신체기능과 손상에 관한 연구는 전반적으로 감소하고, 활동과 참여 제한에 관한 연구는 증가하는 양상을 보였으며, 건강 요인을 다룬 연구는 거의 이루어지고 있지 않음을 확인하였다. 결론: 장애대학생을 지원하기 위한 향후 연구 방향과 실천적․정책적 방안을 논의하였다.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify trends in the research on college students with disabilities in South Korea by focusing on the ICF framework. Ultimately, the intention was to shape directions for future research on higher education students with disabilities. Method: An analysis of 174 domestic articles listed in the KCI (candidate) database was conducted by searching for keywords related to college students with disabilities from 2010 to 2019. These articles were analyzed according to their research subjects, research methods, research fields, research topics, and the six components of the ICF model. Results: First, most of the articles dealt with visual or hearing impairments, and the rest showed increases in intellectual disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder. Second, much of the research was related to awareness·attitudes, and studies on the current status of the research field, learning and campus life of the research topic. Third, the analysis of each component of ICF showed a general decrease in studies on body functions and structures, and an increase in studies on activities (limitations) and participation (restrictions). However, few articles dealt with the health conditions. Conclusion: A discussion of future research and feasible policies for supporting higher education students with disabilities concludes the paper.
