예비유아교사의 장애유아통합기관 실습에 대한 메타포 분석

Metaphor Analysis of Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers Inclusive education Practicum

연구목적: 이 연구는 메타포 분석을 통해 예비유아교사의 장애유아통합기관 실습에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구방법: 먼저 예비유아교사의 장애유아통합기관 실습에 대한 인식 조사를 위해 경기도 소재 S 시 유아교육전공 대학생 74명에게서 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 절차는 자료의 수집과 코딩, 유형별 범주화, 신뢰도 확인, 양적 분석의 순서로 진행되었다. 연구결과: 연구 결과, 총 74개의 메타포는 다음 5개의 대표 유형으로 범주화되었는데, 성장의 밑거름, 필요조건, 서로를 이어주는 것, 화합과 하모니, 미래사회의 희망이 그것이다. 예비유아교사들의 장애유아통합기관 실습에 대한 은유는 화합과 하모니(N=29, 39.2%)가 가장 많았고, 그 다음으로는 성장의 밑거름(N=17, 23.0%), 미래사회의 희망(N=12, 16.2%), 필요조건(N=11, 14.9%), 서로를 이어주는 다리(N=5, 6.8%)순으로 나타났다. 예비유아교사들이 인식하는 장애유아통합기관 실습은 화합과 하모니의 은유가 가장 높았다. 결론: 예비유아교사들은 장애유아통합기관 실습에 대해 바른 이해와 긍정적 수용을 하고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 장애유아통합교육의 실천 및 교사교육 방향에 대해 제언을 하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out the perceptions of pre-service early childhood teachers about inclusive education practicum through a metaphor analysis. Method: Data were collected from 74 university students majoring in early childhood education in S city located in Gyeonggi-do to investigate the perception of pre-service early childhood teachers on the practice of inclusive education. The research procedure included data collection and coding, categorization by type, checking reliability, and quantitative analysis. Results: A total of 74 metaphors were categorized into the following five representative types: (1) The foundation of growth, (2) requirements, (3) bridges connecting each other, (4) unity and harmony, (5) hope for the future. The metaphor of unity and harmony was one of the highest. Conclusion: Prospective pre-service early childhood teachers had good levels of understanding and positive acceptance of the practice in inclusive education institutions. Based on these results, the directions of inclusive education and teacher education were suggested.
