중도중복장애인의 행복감 중재 단일대상연구 동향 및 질적 지표에 의한 분석

Single Subject Research Trends and Analysis based on Quality Indicators in Happiness Intervention for Persons with Severe and Multiple Disabilities

연구목적: 중도중복장애인의 삶의 질에 대한 관심이 높아지는 현실과 중도중복장애인의 행복감을 증진하고자 하는 중재연구에 주목하면서 본 연구에서는 중도중복장애인의 행복감 중재에 대한 연구동향과 질적 지표에 의한 분석을 진행하였다. 연구방법: 행복감 중재 연구동향과 질적 지표에 의한 분석을 하기 위해 중도중복장애인의 행복감에 대하여 살펴본 중재 문헌 25편을 최종 선정하였으며, 전반적인 연구 동향을 살펴보기 위하여 분석 변인(연구설계, 장애유형, 연령, 인원, 중재 환경, 독립변인, 종속변인)을 토대로 분석하였고, CEC질적 지표를 적용하여 행복감 중재 논문들의 질적 수준을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 연구설계에서 25편의 논문 중 6편의 논문이 AB설계로 수행되었고, 5편의 논문이 교대중재설계로 수행되었다. 중도중복장애인의 장애는 지적장애와 지체장애, 지적장애와 감각장애, 지적장애와 의사소통장애 등 다양하였다. 독립변인 관련 요인에서 주로 선호도 진단 방법은 공식적이고 체계적인 선호도 진단 방법이었다. 결론: 연구결과에 기초하여 향후 국내 교육 현장에서 중도중복장애인의 행복감을 증진하기 위한 다양한 방안과 전략을 제안하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review the trends of happiness intervention for people with severe and multiple disabilities by reviewing literature related to the happiness of people with severe and multiple disabilities. Method: In this study, a total of 25 articles were identified. Each article was analyzed with sub-variables that include research design, type of disabilities, participants, settings, independent variables, dependent variables, and CEC quality indicators. In research design, six cases were conducted with AB design, five cases were conducted with alternating treatments design. Results: Subjects mainly consisted of individuals with various domains of disability(e.g., physical disability, sensory ability, intellectual disability). In terms of intervention, the method of preference assessment was mainly formal and systematic preference assessment. Conclusion: Finally, Discussions, implications, and future directions of the happiness of people with severe and multiple disabilities were presented based on the results of this study.
