This paper aims to discuss some issues on Korean after-thought(AF) constructions. To achieve this goal, this paper reviews the previous studies with a critical view, and tries to find a better solution when possible. The main points can be summarized as follows. First, AF constituent can be located not only in root clause but also in embedded clause. Second, the predicate can be a AF constituent, especially when exceptional case marking constructions are working. Third, the gap in AF constructions is not a pro but a copy followed by remerge, that is AF construction involves some kind of movement. Fourth, IP ellipsis which can be found in sluicing construction can not applied to Korean AF constructions. Finally, the repetition operation can not be posited to derive Korean AF constructions.
