산재장애인의 진로결정수준 예측변인 연구

A Study on the Predictive Variables of Industrially Injured Workers Career Decision Level

본 연구에서는 산재장애인의 인구사회학적 특성, 진로결정효능감, 의사결정유형, 사회적 지지 간의 상호영향과 진로결정수준에 대한 영향을 구명하기 위하여 2005년 산업재해장해등급을 결정받은 산재장애인 256명에 대하여 인구사회학적 특성 및 진로결정효능감, 의사결정유형, 사회적 지지 척도를 활용한 조사결과를 LISREL(Linear Structural Relations) 8.3 프로그램을 통하여 예측변인들이 진로결정수준에 대한 효과와 적합도, 모수의 추정을 분석하여 연구가설모형을 검증하였다. 사전에 설정된 연구가설 모형을 검증한 결과, 최종모형에서 인구사회학적 요인을 추가적으로 투입하였는데, 진로결정수준은 의사결정유형, 사회적 지지의 순으로 영향을 받고 있으며, 진로결정효능감은 간접적인 효과만을 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 인구사회학적 특성으로는 성, 부양가족 수, 가구소득 수준, 사고횟수가 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 산재장애인에 대한 직접적인 서비스 뿐만 아니라 산재장애인 가족에 대한 지원서비스를 개발하고, 특히 저소득 가구, 고령의 산재장애인에 대한 효과적인 지원서비스 개발이 필요하며 2회 이상 산재사고가 발생하는 환자에 대해서는 요양시기부터의 집중적인 관심과 요양종결 후 가능한 빠른 시일 내에 진로결정을 지원할 필요가 있다. 또한 장애에 따른 기능적인 제한보다는 진로결정 자체에 어려움을 가지는 산재장애인에 대한 사회적 지지체계의 인프라를 구축하여 제공해야 할 것이며, 의사결정 과정에서 체계적으로 접근하고 만성적인 의존성으로 이어지지 않도록 훈련하고, 끊임없이 동기부여할 필요가 있다.

Rehabilitation counseling for industrially injured workers should consider career decision elements first before initiating a vocational rehabilitation plan and providing related services. As a result of verifying the first hypothetical path model in this study, the decision-making style, social support, and career decision-making self-efficacy showed a direct effect affecting career decision. Especially, the decision-making style was more influenced by career decision level. When added important demographic variables to this model, the path model showed a high correlation with career decision level as a final, modified model. Career decision-making self-efficacy had an indirect effect for career decision level. For the provision of services of industrially injured workers, family support is very important. Therefore, social resources among industrially injured workers in the low-income should be extended and the diverse services should be developed for effective programs to the aged industrially injured workers. Moreover, it is required that the rehabilitation counselors focus on the magnification, the construction and the provision of social supports as an instrumental infra for vocational functioning among industrially injured workers.
