교사와 부모 설문조사를 통한 초등 특수교육 교사의 핵심 역량 분석

An Analysis on the Core Competency of Elementary Special Education Teacher through Questionnaire Research for Teachers and Parents

본 연구에서는 특수교육 교사 등을 대상으로 한 1차 개방형 설문 조사와 특수교육 교사와 학부모에 대한 2차 설문조사를 통해 초등 특수교육 교사가 갖추어야 할 핵심 역량을 규명하고자 하였다. 1차 개방형 의견조사는 2차 조사를 위한 설문지 개발을 위해 특수교육 교사, 일반학교 교사, 특수교육 전공교수, 예비 특수교육 교사 67명을 대상으로 실시하고, 질적 분석방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 1차 조사결과에 의해 제작된 설문지를 통해 초등 특수교육 교사와 학부모 484명을 대상으로 초등 특수교육 교사의 핵심 역량에 대한 2차 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 초등 특수교육 교사의 핵심 역량을 지식 및 기술 영역과 태도 및 소양 영역으로 나누어 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to draw the core competency of elementary special school teacher through two times survey including opinion survey and questionnaire survey. First, the opinion survey was implemented to 60 people including special education teachers, professors studying special education, students majoring special education and regular school teachers. The result was analyzed through open coding method and used to develop questionnaires for second survey. Second, the questionnaires survey was implemented to 670 people including elementary special education teachers and parents with disabled children. The results was analyzed through t-test, χ2 , ANOVA. As a result, core competency of elementary special school teachers was draw in aspect to knowledge & skill area and attitude & attainments area. In the knowledge & skill area, 14 items were draw including knowledge about disability features of children and professional instruction-learning knowledge and practical ability etc. In the attitude & attainments area, 14 items were draw including respect for children with disability, positiveness etc. In this study, the competencies were emphasized as respects practical skill and attitudes on the contrary devotion and sacrifice were emphasized in many previous studies.
