신체놀이 활동이 발달장애학생의 신체기능 및 또래관계에 미치는 영향

이 연구의 목적은 발달장애 학생의 신체놀이 활동이 신체적 기능 및 또래 관계에 미치는 영향을 밝히는데 있었다. 수원시 S특수학교 초등부에 재학 중인 발달장애 학생 3명을 선정하여 사전 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 신체놀이 활동 프로그램은 감각통합놀이와 신체적 활동을 할 수 있는 내용으로 구성하였다. KISE발달척도 검사 중 대근육의 운동기능 발달과 사회정서 행동발달 검사 중에서 대인관계 검사 영역을 도구로 선정하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 또한 회기별 변화과정을 관찰을 통해 사례단순기술을 하였다. 이 연구의 결과 발달장애 학생은 감각적 자극과 신체접촉을 통하여 또래와 자연스러운 관계를 형성하고, 감각통합 놀이와 신체적 활동을 하는 신체놀이 활동 프로그램은 발달장애 학생의 신체기능을 향상시키며, 또래관계 형성에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of physical play activities on physical functions and peer-relationships among students with developmental disabilities. One group pretest-posttest design was used. Three students with developmental disabilities were selected from a special elementary school in Suwon. A physical play activity program, that combined sensory integrated play and physical activities, was developed by the researchers. KISE developmental instrument and human relation inventory were used for data collection. In addition, the change among sessions was explored in qualitative approach. It was concluded that sensory stimulus and physical contacts positively effected on building relationship among students with developmental disabilities. The physical play activities positively influence on physical functions and the development of peer-relationship among them.
