전환교육의 이론적 모형 탐색을 통한 교육적 시사점 고찰

The Study about Educational Suggestion from Theoretical Models of Transition Education for Students with Disabilities

본 연구는 전환교육의 이론적 모형을 탐색하고 이에 따른 교육적 시사점을 고찰하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 전환교육과 관련된 선행 연구, 발표자료, 연구보고서, 저서, 학술 논문 그리고 해외저널 등을 분석하였다. 유형별로 분석된 자료를 바탕으로 전환교육과 관련된 생애단계를 고려한 포괄적인 전환모형 정립, 교육과정의 다양화, 개인의 능력과 수준을 고려한 평가와 지원체제 구축, 각 전환 진출 시기에 적절한 지원, 관련 참여 기관들의 체계적 활용 방법의 모색 등을 교육적인 시사점으로 제시하였다.

This study was implemented to propose educational suggestion from theoretical models of transition education for Students with Disabilities. For this, the related literatures of transition education were analyzed to find assisted methods about transition education. The suggestion were introduced such as follow category. First, the system of transition should be changed from narrow transition model to the total approach model. Second, the current vocational curriculum of special school have to review to fit the current vocational market and needs of students. Third, the evaluation and support system should be changed according to levels of each students with disabilities, Forth, models of transition education and services related a lifelong transitions approach must take into account all major exit points, Finally, in transition education, the interdisciplinary and interagency as well as students should be participated to improve the chances about getting jobs to students with disabilities
