장애아동 사회성 관련 중재연구 고찰

A Literature Review: Intervention Studies for Social Skills of Children with Disabilities

본 연구는 장애아동의 사회성 관련 중재연구에 대한 문헌 고찰을 통해 전반적인 특징과 경향을 파악하고, 향후 사회성 관련 중재연구에 대한 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 이에 따라, 국내 특수교육관련 학회지에 게재된 중재논문 83편을 대상으로 발표연도, 게재 학회지, 독립변인, 종속변인, 연구대상, 연구설계, 중재기간, 측정도구를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 연구의 수는 2000년대 후반에 급속히 증가하였고, 각 연구에서 독립/종속변인들은 개념과 용어들의 정리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 연구대상은 유, 초등학생에 편중되어 있고, 연구대상 수는 5명 이하이며, 연구방법은 사례연구, 측정은 관찰이 대부분이었다. 이로 인해 연구의 엄격성이 다소 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 저자는 본 결과에 의거하여 향후연구를 위한 제언점들을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this paper was to research synthesis of intervention studies for social skills of children with disabilities between 1990 and 2007. An extensive search process yielded a total of 83 intervention studies that met criteria for inclusion in the synthesis. The studies were analyzed in terms of years of publication, journals of publication, independent/dependent variables, intervention participants, types of research design, intervention period and measurement instrument. Major results of the study were as follows. First, the number of studies were increased after the middle of 2000s, and the concepts and terms in the studies need to be refined. Second, the major participants of the studies were less 5 young children with cognitive or emotional disabilities. Most of the research design applied was case study. Major measurement instrument of the studies were observation.
