This paper is to deal with the asymmetries of wh-subjects and wh-objects arising in that-trace effects and Aux-inversions. It will be argued that the asymmetries are drawn from the Extension condition coupled with the locality under the assumption that Agree, but not displacement, can take place simultaneously.
