This paper aims to seek justification for movement out of adjunct clauses. In a bid to confirm a cause for movements out of adjuncts, we see that PGs are formed by sidewards movement, too. To this end, we relate a theta marked expression to an empty category inside an adjunct. We note several reasons for the rationale of out-of-adjunct movements, including derivational economy, greed, and minimalist framework. To generalize movement out of adjunct clauses, we apply sidewards movement to PGs. When a derivation seems to violate economy, Hornstein (2001) claims that A -to-A movement be allowed, and he points out that the PG property that 0-operators are phonetically null and that they cannot involve adjunct WHs. I adopt the main feature of this account. However, with a twist, I argue that priority should be given to the realization of internal argument, that is, the object of a verb, over the realization of external argument, the subject of the verb. This is in step with the self-enlightened principle, greed, on a minimalist framework base. This also confirms to the intrinsic minimalism, the bottom-up framework.
