대학생의 진로결정자율성과 진로적응력의 관계에서 진로신념, 진로준비행동의 매개효과

Structural Relationship among Career Adaptability, Career Decision-Making Autonomy, Career Beliefs, and Career Preparation Behaviors of Undergraduate Students

본 연구는 대학생의 진로결정자율성과 진로적응력, 진로신념, 진로준비행동의 구조적 관계는 어떠한가를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경상남도에 소재하는 대학생 500명을 무선 표집하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며 최종 424명의 자료를 분석하였다. 측정도구는 진로결정자율성, 진로신념, 진로준비행동, 진로적응력 척도이다. 연구결과 진로결정자율성은 진로적응력에 대한 직접적인 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 진로신념과 진로준비행동에는 각각 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 더불어, 진로신념과 진로준비행동은 진로결정자율성과 진로적응력 간의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학생들을 대상으로 진로결정자율성과 진로적응력, 진로신념 및 진로준비행동의 관계가 어떠한가를 구체적으로 살펴보았다는 데 의의가 있다고 본다. 또한, 연구 결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 진로적응력을 위한 진로신념과 진로준비행동의 향상 방안과 상담에 대한 함의, 향후 과제와 제한점 등이 논의되었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships between career decision-making autonomy, career adaptability, career certainty, and career preparation behavior among university students. Five hundred university students from Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea, answered a questionnaire, and the data from a total 424 students was analyzed. The analysis was conducted with measurements regarding career decision-making autonomy, career certainty, career preparation behavior, and career adaptability. The analysis showed that career decision-making autonomy did not present a direct consequence to career adaptability, while it significantly affected career certainty and career preparation behavior. Additionally, career certainty and career preparation-behavior were verified to be the complete mediator for the relationship between career decision-making autonomy and career adaptability. It was believed that this study was given purpose through the fundamental study of the relationships between career decision-making autonomy, career adaptability, career certainty, and career preparation behaviors. From the results of the study, carrier certainty, measures to improve preparation behavior, implications of consultations, tasks for the future, and limitations of the study, among other points, were discussed.
