사회적기업의 지속가능성에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구

A Study on the Influence Factors on the Sustainability of Social Enterprises: Mediating Effect of Management Performance and Moderating Effect of Market Orientation

본 연구는 사회적기업의 기업가정신, 사회적자본, 정부지원제도, 경영성과가 지속가능성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이와 더불어 경영성과의 매개효과 및 시장지향성의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 국내 인증 사회적기업 및 예비 사회적기업 4,466개 중 1,960개로부터 수집된 372부의 자료를 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 이용하여 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가정신은 경영성과(재무적성과, 공익적성과)에 영향을 미쳤으나, 사회적자본은 경영성과에 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 정부지원제도는 공익적성과에만 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 경영성과는 기업가정신과 지속가능성 간에 매개효과가 있었으나, 사회적자본과 지속가능성 간에는 없었고, 정부지원제도와 지속가능성 간에는 공익적성과 만이 매개효과가 있었다. 셋째, 시장지향성은 기업가정신과 경영성과 간에 조절효과를 보였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 사회적기업의 지속가능성에 기업가정신과 경영성과, 시장지향성이 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였으므로, 따라서 사회적기업에 대한 기업가정신 육성프로그램, 민간기업과의 긴밀한 협력체제 구축, 정부의 체계적인 지원등이 필요하다는 시사점을 제안하고자 한다.

This study analyzed the impact of social enterprise entrepreneurship, social capital, government support system, and management performance on sustainability, and also examined themediating effect of management performance and the moderating effect of market orientation. To this end, 372 pieces of data collected from1,960 out of 4,466 certified social enterprises and preliminary social enterprises in Koreawere empirically analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The results are as follows. First, entrepreneurship influenced management performance (financial performance, public interest performance), but social capital did not affect management performance, and government support system only affected public interest performance. Second, management performance had a mediating effect between entrepreneurship and sustainability, but there was no mediating effect between social capital and sustainability, and only public interest performance had a mediating effect between the government support system and sustainability. Third, market orientation showed a moderating effect between entrepreneurship and management performance. These findings confirmed that entrepreneurship, management performance and market orientation have a significant impact on the sustainability of social enterprises, thus suggesting Implications that entrepreneurship development programs for social enterprises, close cooperationwith private companies, and systematic government support are needed.
